I had a great time at the #IntercelticForum yesterday talking about AI and culture in the context less resourced Celtic languages and heritage. Thanks to Údarás Na Gaeltachta for sending me and my panel Rónán Mac Con Iomaire and Jean-Marie Ollivier for a rich conversation.

I am at DiGRA Malta talking about game preservation, and when I shared the attitude of the ESA that people only want access to preserved games in order to play them FOR FUN! @mariaobrien.bsky.social and I hosted a workshop at #DIGRAMalta2025 on the Law & Policy of Games. After our #keynote we used the rest of the time to gather knowledge from our participants and think about pathways to fill gaps and increase impact.

Fabulous keynote on how to make the games industry sustainable in 2025. He calls for more precision in game development, and not being distracted by the lure of great money and more time. #FísGamesSummit

This is a very scary piece of legislation - it will make voting difficult if not impossible for a huge swath of Americans, including anyone who has ever changed their name for any reason.
