DC checking the video board and then yelling across the ice at ESPN to get him off camera so he could draw up a play 😂

BC is starting to take some chances offensively and leaving some room to get pucks behind them. This is what DU has kind of been waiting out so far in the third.

030

3rd period is underway. Denver holds a 2-1 lead but BC is pushing hard for the equalizer.

031

2-1 DU after 2. BC was buzzing there at the end. Pios hung onto the lead. Denver 20 minutes away from their 3rd Frozen Four in 4 years.

051

BC finally solves Matt Davis on Stiga’s second breakaway of the game. And we’ve got ourselves a ballgame. 2-1

DENVER GOAL!!!!!!!!! This time it’s Zeev and it’s 3-0 Pios!!! Gotta hold onto this lead again. What a pass from Salminen.

110

2nd period is underway. Denver holds a 1-0 lead

020

1-0 Denver after 1 thanks to Pohlkamp’s late goal and Matt Davis’ incredible effort in the crease.

050

DENVER GOAL!!!!!!!!! Jack Devine finds Eric Pohlkamp and the dman goes post and in. 1-0 Denver.

Massive, massive kill for DU and Matt Davis. Wow. Game remains scoreless thanks to Davis.

050

BC kills it off and then Hagens draws a hooking penalty off of a DU turnover. DU to the kill now.

000

Burrows gets hit hard by Shamburger well after the puck was gone and DU gets the game's first PP. Shamburger was the one who got away with the knee-on-knee on Buium early.

First 10 minutes reminiscent of the first 10 against Providence minus the goalie gaffe. Not much to like from DU but the score remains 0-0 and DU is giving themselves a chance to find their legs.

130

Buccigross and Cohen keep talking about BC playing physical hockey as though DU doesn't regularly play against big, physical teams in the NCHC lmao

180

uhhhhh that was a knee on knee missed by the refs

120

Scorebug showing SOG!!! Does it last...?

200

Ice already looks better than it did on Friday

And heeeeeeeeeere we go. DU-BC. Winner goes to their second-straight Frozen Four. Loser's season ends. Game on.

051

Puck is dropping on ESPNEWS, not ESPN2. You can also stream on ESPN+.

020

That's also Denver's 30th victory of the season, making it their 4th straight year with 30 wins.

Nothing tells the story of today in Manchester better than them needing 3 minutes to correctly set the clock after an empty net goal.

Final TV timeout. DU leads 5-1 and they have killed off Brown's major. Barring the most insane finish to a game we've ever seen, Denver will play BC for a berth in the Frozen Four Sunday night.
