Managed to get breakfast at Nisk without a word of English exchanged! I think I confused the lady helping me, she probably wasn’t sure what language to default to as I’m sure like everyone else in Berlin she can speak fluent English 😆

I’ve arrived in Berlin and need to sing the praises of Scandinavian Airlines. ✈️ Our JFK flight was delayed almost 2 hours, and 57 of us were connecting in Oslo. The connecting flight delayed departure by 40 minutes so we could ALL make it! That’s how you do airline customer service. 👏

Have you noticed AI generated flyers popping up everywhere? I get that not everyone has time or skill to create a nice graphic, but why or how did ChatGPT (in particular) settle on THIS as the peak of graphic design and marketing? Busy imagery, text over scribbled contrast color, that font. 😩

I grew up in Oklahoma and just watched the musical for the first time today (the 1998 West End revival with Hugh Jackman). I gotta say… modern day attention span is not compatible. 15 minute long dream ballet sequence?? And the last 30 minutes after they sing OKLAHOMA was so random.
