The editing is very simple and low budget but it's all concept and boarding. P&P has tons of shots and episodes that was some guy with MTV heat getting a crack at slightly longer form directing and they're still playing around because the studio system hadn't ground creativity into a paste yet.

Interiors came out good too. Whole thing is a notch smoother than I planned (I imagined a vintage, newsprinty finish) but this is the better call for the books' palettes.

I *think* Retronauts was my first podcast, and I must've started right when it started. I put it on during my first week of graphic design class. Nowadays every youtuber has some "THE ADJECTIVE NOUN OF ZELDA" essay but in the 2000's a lot of retro games were starting to find new life.

I rendered a lot of animations at excruciating speeds on my MSP back in the 2010's. Clients needed me on-site but didn't have a render farm or even just a spare desktop so I definitely had a lot of impromptu lunch breaks lol

I wrote the finale last year and it's been a real buttclencher finishing it this year cause I didn't write a backup ending. I just bet it all on the fact that we live in a bad reality. Anyway, new update tomorrow.

The bats flying out is maybe the first time I've seen one of these Lego art sets actually justify being Lego art and not just the original thing. But also look at that living room lol like guys this thing is being hung in a gamer dungeon

Sometimes around holidays I have intrusive thoughts about buying someone a gift that I objectively know they don't want. Like Homer's Bowling Ball but on purpose. Anyway this photo is pretty amazing she seems like exactly the target demo for this Lego set.

Oh yea I did the cover lol Coming up on 7 years contributing art (with occasional guest spots🫣). I still love the show as a fan. It's never felt like listening to guys sit around saying "Very Cool". It still gets me through commutes or workdays.
