Am going to be at @thoughtbubbleuk.bsky.social next weekend peddling my wares. I made a last-minute move and will be in Comixology Hall, table B26b if you're looking for me. (And, to be honest, I'll be there even if you're *not* looking for me...)

My favourite professional goth is at it again: youtu.be/bd6GRXPD0Fw (That's Steve in the foreground of the shot. I gave him to Ruth as a st valentine's day present in 1997...)

A goth woman sitting at a table in front of an array of tarot cards, holding hands of her fellow sitters and looking skyward, as if they're summon something.
In the foreground is Steve, photogenic skull and bona fide nice guy.

A 4-pack of my comics is Comic of the Month this month at @pagefortyfive.bsky.social (taking over from some guy named Craig Thompson or something...) www.page45.com/store/Nichol... It's possible that the shop's owners are just suffering from sunstroke but it still counts. #altcomics

The "Following" option is what you need. Chronological feed of only people you follow. Fuck the algorithm...

I'll be at @lighthousecomics.bsky.social on Sat 19th July for @smallpressday.bsky.social, selling my wares from noon with some other cartoonists. There will also be a "Make Your Own Comic" workshop where a bunch of kids will draw better than me so I throw a tantrum & go eat ice-cream on the beach.

Cartoon version of me and my cat, Kirby, are sticking our heads out of the front door of Lighthouse Comics in Folkstone.

WetNurse Issue 1 & a Half now on sale at lethargicmargincomics.com Another all-Kirby issue, a compilation of strips from the last few years, to tide you over until Issue Two, about which critics are already saying "doesn't have enough Kirby in it". #altcomics

Spent a long day reformatting some old strips to be compiled in WetNurse #1.5, another all-Kirby the Cat issue. Coming very soon... #altcomics

Cover of new comic WetNurse #1.5, a black and white drawing of a man (me) holding aloft a cowboy hat as he rides on the back of a cat (Kirby) as she leaps out of frame. An adventure unlikely to end well, to be honest, but fun while it lasts.

My theory is that autobio comics took off for the sole reason that you are the only person always willing to pose for your own reference shots. #altcomics

Hands are hard to draw. They're the horses of body parts.

A drawing of one of my hands pointing at the other. Caption "Look at it! Look at my fucking hand!!"
Drawing hands is hard. It cheers me right up when I do a good one.
