Just discovered that SDL takes a firm no-AI stance, very happy to see this. Great library, great open source project. Foundation for all my projects, including BioMenace Remastered. (Hat tip to @eliasdaler.bsky.social)

A screenshot of the file AGENTS.md as found at https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/blob/main/AGENTS.md

It declares that all contributions to this project must not use LLMs.

John Carmack visited the @evercade.co.uk booth at #QuakeCon and played the game I worked on, Duke Nukem 1 Remastered! 😮 I've been told he liked it (and Tom Hall liked it too!)😎

Free demo for BioMenace Remastered is out now! Get it on Steam: store.steampowered.com/app/3459100/... The demo features not only the first 4 levels of the game, but also online leaderboards and a speedrunner mode! And your saved games will carry over into the full game once it releases.

We're releasing a free demo for BioMenace Remastered this Friday, 11 July! This way you can already get a feel for what our version will be like, while we continue working on episode 4 and other aspects of the full game.

There's currently a metal festival happening not too far from where I live so the local supermarket is doing some themed promotion. For... cheese 😆

A poster in the style of a metal festival poster, saying "Heavy Cheese Days: Cheddar Chainsaw, Gouda Grinder, Camembert Carnage, Brie Bloodbath, Provolone Punisher, Mozzarella Mayhem"
