Eight years ago a meeting was held in the DfE attended by the key national leaders inc Schools Commission @ofsted and the DfE. Applying the Pareto Principle decided a quality standard for school improvement advisers would have a major impact on school improvement. schoolsweek.co.uk/how-ministers
