2/3 PeerTube is to YT what Mastodon is to X. PeerTube is software hosted on many servers that can talk to each other. So makertube.net is a PeerTube based site specifically for creatives but there are hundreds more sites running PeerTube if you don;t like that one: joinpeertube.org/instances

1/3 Musician/label/promoter friends - I know YouTube is 'the' place for videos but as Google gets increasingly evil, as YT itself gets more and more restrictive, oppositional and advert heavy and the algo pushes more crap at users, maybe consider a free, open source, ad-free, algo-free alternative?

It took about 4ish weeks of taking both for me to really tell I was getting noticeably less of them. Maybe give it a trial run for a couple of months? At worst, you've wasted a few quid. I've ever managed to cut the ribo/B2 down to 200mg a day.

Could be the air pressure. I've found taking magnesium (no more than 5oomg) and riboflavin/B2 (no more than 400mg) supplements helps the amount of migraine’s I get. I don;t get none at all but it does feel like a lot less since I started them.
