This is a much more comprehensive and disturbing attempt from this regime to resegregate schools. It would affect secondary schools as well as higher ed. And it specifically calls out schools trying to avoid detection by using inclusive terms. Schools will most likely obey in advance out of fear.

Where does it say in here the parents agreed to pay? If anything, they wanted to *fine her.* Also, this was after a scan at 20 weeks. The parents consulted doctors and then the surrogate had to set up an appointment. Thst probably pushed it to 21 or 22 weeks, which is almost age of viability.
