Typical male pattern: they will support violence more and when supporting it they will believe they are winning. Women, otoh, will support violence way less and even when supporting it, they will have the integrity of mind to recognize they are not winning.

So, my favourite pens have tended to be this cheap classic (in black or blue): the pasta BPS 0.7 mm (Fine) Pilot. In general, as a rule I tend to prefer a 0.5 or 0.38 mm point (which is the fastest for writing in paper such Oxford notebooks: I have tested).

G.R.R. Martin really did say this and then: 1. Create a world with almost no economically active city, just castles (not even villages beside). From where do the Starks get money? No one knows. 2. Make a Targaryen matrimonial policy that -besides incest- makes no sense whatsoever.

Are there good books (articles, podcasts or lectures) on the "history" of the prehistory, Bronze Age, Iron Age, ancient cultures with no written records -or close- (such as the Scythians, Massagetae, Punic, Yamatai, Tartassos, etc.) and/or the foundational period of states?

There is a certain pattern in the cultures of the Americas that sort of doesn't exist* in other continents: an existing culture preserving in its oral tradition how they drove away an older culture. The classical example of this type of legend is the moon-eyed people expelled by the Cherokee.

There is a novel inspired in this particular garden: Bomarzo by Argentinian writer Manuel Mujica Lainez, written in 1962. Bomarzo is a real garden commissioned by Francesco Orsini Duke of Bomarzo and crowded with statues of fantastic creatures and monsters.

I have this theory that physical books' sales were more or less fated to decline indefinitely but Instagram (which appeared in late 2010) came to save it because it opened a new female and aesthetic based market (same with manual crafts, embroidery, drawing and painting).

Why do we love Milton's Satan? Satan offers us in Paradise Lost the allure of free will. The fallen angel may be hopeless in combating God's ten thousand thunders, but in his will he is free and his mind he is supreme: "What though the field be lost? All is not lost; the unconquerable will".
