Monatelang verweigerte der Westen der UA Streumunition, damit diese nicht gegen Zivilisten eingesetzt wird. Bisher gibt es keinen dokumentierten Fall, dass dies geschah. Wie erwartet: Munition gelangt aus Nordkorea nach Russland, um sie gegen die Ukraine zu verwenden. Höchstwahrscheinlich vor allem Artilleriemunition, die von mangelhafter Qualität ist. Kritisch wird es, falls China diesen funktionierenden Lieferweg nutzt mit Nordkorea als Proxy.
