Yeeeees!! Quest for Camelot is one of those movies, like Monty Python & the Holy Grail, where it starts up, and I can't stop. I can't ignore all of the lumps and bumps in this movie, but whether it's scene-chewing Gary Oldman, or "On my Father's Wings", I turn into a kid whenever this comes on!

The Island of Berk at Epic Universe was easily my favorite of the 4 lands, but not just because "Dragons", rather the immersion, and attention to detail. The Stage Show was truly unlike anything I've ever seen on stage, and I've worked in theatre my whole life. And getting to meet Stormfly?!

For the "leaves", I first glue thick "clump foliage" covered in layers of fine "flock" to get low-mid-high tones again. It's all slathered on with PVA glue (fancy word for what's basically slightly watered down Elmer's glue). My family would make fun of me cause it looked like weed. 😠

As a kid I would watch Aliens a lot, and I was always curious how Vasquez became such a badass... she went through pain, and so did I, but why was she badass and I was scared? (Cause it's a movie) But wait. It's because of how I talked to myself. "Why me, why me?!" I'd ask... ¹/³
