No therapist. I used to see one but couldn't afford to keep going to him. Now I don't have any time to do it. I'm overwhelmed. I feel like I hardly have time to get a shower. And yes I kind of felt like a zombie on zoloft towards the end which is one reason I switched

I'm sure I'll need another one. I've been on meds on and off since I was a child. Sometimes I feel I'm better off with no meds until I end up being suicidal and then I get back on them. I know I definitely need to stay on meds.
