I got home last night from Houston. Thankfully the drive wasn't too bad. I had a great time at Stratosfur and a big thank you to everyone who showed up to my panels. I'm definitely happy anyone had an interest or even cared to learn about Project Management or Public Speaking! 😅 #Stratosfur26

NO media 1000s are marching in DC to defend voting rights; 90 orgs signed on, Reuters sent photographers, but local media Bernie Sanders, AOC and Martin Luther King III attended Wa Post buried it A Black-led march is visible in DC only after somebody else reports it Repost the march they buried

Bluesky is aware of Dolly Parton's coleslaw recipe, yes? It's amazing with pulled pork and fried fish

DOLLY PARTON'S COLESLAW
Preparation time: 10-12 minutes. Serves 10 - 12
1 medium head cabbage, chopped
1 medium onion, chipped
1 carrot, chopped or grated
1/2 bell pepper, finely chipped
1 tsps sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sweet pickle juice
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 dill pickle, chopped or 1 tbsp pickle relish
1 cup mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve

I forgot to do a Day 2 post! 😵‍💫 Yesterday really wore me out and I was ready to pass out in my hotel room, but I had fun. Day 3 is going well, bought a few last minute items from the Dealers Den (will post con haul soon) and my car is packed with all my stuff!

My first dinner for the weekend! I went to hit up this Chinese place, because of the Neo-Tokyo aesthetic, which I'm a complete sucker for. The name of the restaurant is Rice Box, and they have a few locations within Houston, TX. I happened to go to one that was close by to the hotel.

I'm back at Stratosfur once again!!! Really excited to see my fellow staff members and the happy faces of the attendees for this weekend of fun, magic, sorcery, dragons, and dice!

I had my second panel at Stratosfur today! Decided to do a Just Dance panel to give everyone a good workout before lunch. 😅 I'm really happy about the turnout for this one and I'm excited to try it again next time! 😁 #stratosfur25 #furcon #houston #justdance #furry

I hosted my first ever panel today at Stratosfur! Of course, my first would be a Fortnite panel as the game is still relevant today. Plus the increase of parents/guardian being dragged to furry cons by children is perfect! I'm excited for my Just Dance panel tomorrow, gonna make people sweat! 💦

I finally made my SFW account! Now I just need to remember to not post or share any of the 'spicyness' on this one. 😅 Expect hot takes, the occasional brain fart, and some minor creative content, but it won't be a guarantee.
