Felt inspired and experimented a bit in the kitchen by making a classic peanut butter bread cake but using homemade pumpkin seed butter instead of peanut butter. I was worried that it would taste too earthy, but the flavour was just right 🙌 #baking #plantbased #foodie

Something that is a huge relief is that I was able to get my final gender-affirming surgery before this year's elections. If the far-right wins them, who knows how much longer this type of care will be available? Now, whatever happens, I need to fight for others' right to access the same care.
