iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

Full episode Rating: 6.5/10 Like I said the two rounds squished together like this felt really one sided overall and led to quite the messy package. I'd say watch for the triple header and skip the first half, there really is not much there in my book.

Extra point for the triple header part: I'm not too keen on the top two from each matchup moving on thing. This rule led to most rounds losing their stakes in a instant (as an athlete would fall thus immediately determining the two winners).

Back Half/Triple Header Rating: 6.5/10 Felt like a novelty at best if I had to put it. I like the randomized opponents, and the course was fine. This course was small, but felt like a step up from the racing courses of previous seasons. These were entertaining at best and predictable at worst.

Front Half (Six obstacle course) Rating: 5.5/10 With one exception, this felt like a complete waste of time, and was fairly boring to sit through. the course change up was nice, I didn't care much for the lineup personally, though people were making saves left and right on it, so that was a plus.

Ep 2: 7.5/10 The editing seemed to be better than the previous night and I appreciate the spotlight given to athletes like David Cambell and Nick Hansion. A few shocking fails were also here, which also helped with entertainment value. The course was still sluggish, but what you gonna do.

100

Ep 1: 6/10 Some pretty good highs spread through out and it was nice to see some vets and teens. However aside from that the course was a real slogs fest (Don't mind that second obstacle though). The episode felt vastly undercutting, in showcasing the night. The night was defiantly boring overall.
