Emiel the Blessed, painted as The Blessed Maiden Cartethyia and Imperator. Alter by Sumomo Cards. I think she’s the perfect fit ❤️ #mtg #magicthegathering #mtgalter #mtgalters #cedh #art

Absolutely. It feigns innocence relatively well until people figure out you’re turbo Naus too. I’ve got a LOT of 5 color turbo slop in my locals, they do great!

Lowkey, I think Esika is fine right now. Even if it’s just 5 color Turbo Naus 😂

Well it’s done. I’ve finished altering my 4th commander deck, Tamiyo. Last time I got someone to kindly edit a photo for me, but I’m trying to find a way to better show the deck this time. Not 100% sure what to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I’d argue they are just as iconic as some of the creatures who came before. Especially Delver.

Pyrrole Red Light is discontinued. I imagine you’ll just replace it with regular ol Pyrrole Red?

100% agree. The arguments they made for banning Primeval Titan and Dockside should apply equally to Rhystic Study. As soon as the 2nd one resolves, the game is a literal shitshow. Cost of the card monetarily shouldn’t even be involved in the discussion.

More than anything tho? I just want to see actual action taken. Lutri and Biorhythm are nothingburgers. They always have been.

LehranMTGAlters @lehranmtg.bsky.social · 09/02/2026

Unpopular opinion I’m sure; yall could unban 15 cards and I don’t think I’d consider playing any of them. The sky is the limit. I do hope that Lutri “banned as companion” is a gateway for the other cards on this list changing…. I’m looking at you Leovold / Rofellos

GW2 has some of the best transmog, long as you aren’t playing a race with clipping. Seriously amazing armor design.

This was such a choice by them. At least it’s a fictional character, but still…. Such a choice.

Thank you!!! I’ve been getting lots of WUWA alters lately! :)

Jinhsi from Wuthering Waves altered onto Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir. For context to non-WUWA players, Jinhsi’s forte controls the flow of time. This hand painted alter was done by the lovely Sumomo alters! #mtg #magicthegathering #wuwa #mtgalter #magic #wutheringwaves #art

This is exactly how I feel too. Spider-Man had the smallest pre release turn out of any set in the past year.

MagicCon ATL was great. Really happy they are doing one in 2026 too! Hope to play more CEDH next time. In the meantime, hope to continue to play CEDH and grind out the remaining alters for my 2 decks. Excited to share the next few.

Hey Lua, male presenting nonbinary player here. I’d be happy to help on Saturday if needed. Not a CC, but very familiar with the format and I’m happy to help.

As someone who commissions artists regularly, I could not even IMAGINE daily updates 😂

As a nonbinary person who doesn’t use neopronouns or they/them, but still tries to educate cis people on pronouns, how would you try and explain the use of “it/its” to cis people? Do you have a way of explaining it that they tend to absorb well?

3-1 on Brightglass T&T in our local CEDH 3k yesterday. Placed first, and split top 4. If you’re looking for an awesome place to play near Knoxville TN, please check out Paragon Games. We have a lot of players who can help you get started, and the shop is 100% proxy friendly. :)

My local #CEDH scene has been so amazing. Getting to consistently play this format with great people, and at a great shop who supports us is SUCH A PRIVILEGE.

Somewhere pre-dockside meta is crying. I miss this deck 😭

010

LehranMTGAlters @lehranmtg.bsky.social · 16/08/2025

Maybe even just a guide to “how to pick a CEDH deck” and going over the top 16/20 decks, as an entry point into the format? Not sure if you’ve done anything like this, or if it fits your video style. But a brief 2 minute explanation of the deck could help someone decide if they want to try it?

000

LehranMTGAlters @lehranmtg.bsky.social · 16/08/2025

Genuinely, I feel like most of the current CEDH content creators don’t even talk about the format or how it navigates; or almost nobody does so in a way that feels like it’s part of the strategy side of the game. Learning your “role” at a table is something a lot of players don’t know. Maybe that?

LehranMTGAlters @lehranmtg.bsky.social · 14/08/2025

OOOOO!!! Will you be being non magic originals with you? Or too much to travel with?

100

LehranMTGAlters @lehranmtg.bsky.social · 13/08/2025

Earthbending has some of the worst rules text I’ve seen in my life. And on a lot of these cards it just isn’t even present.
