Instead of interpreting "wrath" as solely raging against the machine, I looked at the interpersonal resentments & conflicts that brew between people who are on the same side under disparately applied oppression in this story with an almost entirely trans cast of characters.

The single most common thing I hear about myself from others is that something I said or did was "incredibly kind" – but they always sound VERY surprised when they say it, so I never feel like I can claim "kind" as a word that people would use to describe me. 😅

Ease my mind about why all the fluffy-tailed animals in my neighborhood (squirrels & foxes) no longer have fluffy tails. Is it disease, environmental toxin, climate? I called the MD Dept of Natural Resources & left a message but I kinda suspect no one will care until there's an acute human problem.
