I can't find my copy of Townsend or Shankar, but I did find the book I first learned QM out of, Engel's Quantum Chemistry and Spectroscopy. First ten pages introduces the double slit experiment, but we don't even get to the Schrodinger equation or Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle.
