It's definitely something that will depend on your carrier, your national laws, your system update version, if you're rooted/not, etc. In terms of whether you have it or not, the app actually doesn't announce itself as a Google product, but it is. I have a Galaxy S24 and it was even pre-installed.

Now, where this gets into strap-on territory is that metal armor was designed to incorporate them as well, and many ended up looking significantly more phallic than you'd expect. Wikipedia has the attached image as an example. To me, these read rather strap-on-esque.
