Not one raised arm from QPR for the handball. Nothing. It hit the top of his chest and possibly his neck/chin. Ward then lets the game go on, we score, QPR are deflated, and he then gives it. Corrupt as fuck. Not incompetent, but a cheat. Simple as that.
