AI can lower code quality and increase PR review time. One fix: add an "Adversarial Code Review" by Opus to your PR checklist. It's noticeably improved our PR quality and reduced review back-and-forth. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Would recommend.

I've started concluding all initial agent mode queries with "Any questions before you begin?". It's been a game changer for quality output. Claude Sonnet 4 in particular asks some *really* good clarifying questions that it would otherwise just guess at.

I think I'm finally getting the hang of using CoPilot Agent Mode to do real-world non-prototype coding. Specificity is critical. Now though I'm now struggling with how much detail is too much and whether hand-coding would be less effort. Any opinions?
