Leny does some little vocals when he's excited, sometimes when we're at the beach or dog park he'll be trotting along and let out some howls and gargles. #dog #dogs #dogsofbluesky

Hair trigger on Suni, she was obsessed with hunting critters in the grasses having the time of her life. #dogs #dogsofbluesky

This is their new favorite place, Edmonds, Washington, off leash dog beach at low tide. Suni doesn't let 3 legs slow her down. #dogs #dogsofbluesky #adoptdontshop

We did both Embark and Wisdom, Embark detects and has a category for "Village dog", Wisdom doesn't so it basically shows what breeds they overlap with which may have been domesticated from village dog. #dogs #dogsofbluesky #adoptdontshop

Leny got his checkup today. We had to wait 6 months after getting him since he was from a different country to get his heartworm test and finish rabies vax. I haven't posted for a while, went on vacation and got norovirus at the end and haven't felt great. #dogsofbluesky

After walks when they return to the yard they lunge at the gate wanting to get in, they do a perimeter search for critters and then chase each other. Hard to even tell Suni has 3 legs. #dogs #dogsofbluesky #adoptdontshop #pets

We joke that Leny is part racoon dog (Tanuki) which do live where he was born, but they can't breed with dogs. #dogs #dogsofbluesky

The most active shy dog park Leny likes is a 15-20 min drive which is annoying because he gets car sick. But we went yesterday. #dogsofbluesky

Suni's origin story is found with a rope tied around her leg so tight it became necrotic and had to be amputated. She spent 2 years at a foster in Korea before I got her. The rescue I got her from has a video on IG from before i got her www.instagram.com/loveismighty...

Leny's origin story is feral mom had a littter that got picked up in Korea. Their culture doesn't value rescue dogs and he spent 19 months in a shelter. I hate Zuck but the rescue I got him from has a video on IG from before I got him, of him, and his litter www.instagram.com/p/DLw5CMpvW6e/

I picture in my head David Attenborough narrating: "The wild village dog exerts little energy choosing to conserve itself for the fight ahead, needing to poop, pee and beg for food" #funny #dogs #cute #puppers #weratedogs #animal #video

Leny's first adventure after we got him was a week on the north side of Orcas Island. He was still really shy back then and spent most of his time at home hiding under the couch or bed. He didn't really get brave or cuddly until we got the second dog. #adoptdontshop #rescuedogs #puppers

Suni likes to go in whichever crate Leny is in. They both flew from Seoul to Seattle, which was ~12 hours. Leny was named "Baram" which means "wind" and Suni was Soonjung which means "pure". #pets #dogsofbluesky #adoptdontshop
