In 2016, I was the general counsel to the Clinton campaign. In 2022, Trump sued me and others for RICO. The case was dismissed. Trump and his lawyers were sanctioned. Now, they have asked SCOTUS to hear the case. I will never back down. I will never stop fighting. When we fight we win.💪⚖️🗳️

No, was an assurance not a guarantee? I recall it quite well: 1994 Budapest Memorandum: Signed by the U.S., UK, and Russia, this document provided security assurances (not guarantees) to Ukraine in exchange for it giving up its Soviet-era nuclear weapons.
