I am so honored to announce that I received a Merit Award as a sound/music designer from The American College Theatre Festival. Working on The Yellow Boat last fall was incredible, and I am super thankful for ACTF for this award.

I like the new avatar voice actors. Yes, I'll miss some performances of the previous actors, but I think the new cast has some good potential

I had plans to work on an analog horror short film for my multimedia design midterm. I had to change things at the last minute, essentially starting over. Regardless, I will still be working on that short film between school and hope to release it in the spring.

I don't see myself as a type A person, but sometimes I'm an organized freak who needs colorcoded notes and group organization cause no one else will

As creatives/Voice actors, what sound effects are you looking for the most? I have been working on a foley/sound effects kit that'll be for the public domain for my fellow voice actors and creators. I have about 28 sounds so far (which is just the beginning)

Updating my closet booth! I got a bunch of 1 inch foam and already I can hear a difference. I still may utilize some stuffies along fabrics and blankets on the floor for the time being. I still need to get something for behind me so to decrease the remaining reverb and sound waves bouncing.

Several actors I know have already received this scam impersonating Dean Panaro Talent. There are many red flags here, but an agency reaching out on official business would send it from their actual domain (@ deanpanarotalent.com) not a burner Gmail account. Stay safe!

I posted about the harm of ai and the arts after seeing a metal announce their ai role. A talent agency defended ai. Their "mission" on their website contradicts what they state. Creatives please keep thriving

Last rant post of the day, but how Erimu was treated at Twitch Con is barbaric. Women are not objects. do better twitch

If you happen to come across this post and are participating in generated projects: Please reconsider what roles you want to look into.

000

As creatives (Actors, Artists, Musicians, Editors, etc) We HAVE to respect our craft as humans. Not to mention, there is the risk that the AI-generated role in the future may sample and steal your voice. "but the concept is so cool!" doesn't matter.

Indivisible ❌👑 @indivisible.org · 19/10/2025

To my disappointment, I saw someone familiar voicing an AI-generated character/project. I know we can be desperate for roles sometimes, but trust me when I say; That project is NOT worth anything when "AI" is included with it.

dear voice actors, let's all take a deep breath. A lot has happened this year. Not just in the industry, but around the world. make some tea, put on a comfort movie or game, and take today to relax. You deserve it
