Garchomp learning some new human lore from her buddy, Pyroar 🧠

Cartoony black, white, and gold illustrated panels. The first panel depicts a Garchomp stepping towards a Pyroar, who is lying down in front of a closed door. Hearts and various speech bubbles indicating moaning are leaking out the door frame.

Garchomp says “PAPA! Have you seen my papa? I want a snack!” to which Pyroar gestures and responds, “We must wait. He and my master are having a special human battle.”

Bottom panel shows Garchomp looking very shocked as she says “Human battle?! You mean, like, WITHOUT pokémon?” Pyroar looks inquisitive and holds his paws together as he responds, “Correct. I believe it is a sacred ritual humans sometimes partake in as a special form of training. But it must be done out of sight of pokémon, so I haven’t any idea what it entails… My master battles Mr. Professor often and both appear quite satisfied afterwards, so it must be very fun.” Garchomp exclaims “WOW!!!”

A third panel shows the two pokémon directly in front of the door. Garchomp hops and happily waves its arms, shouting “GO, PAPA! You can win this!” Pyroar holds a paw under his chin and responds, “Nonsense! My master will surely come out as the victor.” More moaning can be seen coming from the door frame.

Garchomp is now seen excitedly following behind Pyroar, as the two walk away from the door. Pyroar says “Come now, Garchomp. We mustn’t disturb them. Let us raid the kitchen. I would also like a snack. I will show you where master hides the best poképuffs.” Garchomp exclaims “YAY!”
