Definitely a bit late on this, but D-sides was pretty cool, so I decided to try and design a D-side version of Lectric! I thought the pose was cool so I made a version with their original design as well #originalcharacterart #SonicTheHedgehog #sonicoc #dsides #FNFDsides #FNF

Merry almost Christmas! I feel like I didn't get much done this year, but next year, things should speed up. I can't say for sure, but I may be able to try out some new things, so stay tuned for that :D TAGS: #originalcharacterart #SonicTheHedgehog #sonicoc #originalcharacter #oc

I'm honestly really proud of this, especially seeing it's my first completed attempt at 3D modeling in Blender Just wanted to pose them real quick since idk what to do with it at the moment #originalcharacterart #SonicTheHedgehog #sonicoc #originalcharacter #oc #b3d #blender

Graduating today!! Made this Sonic Adventure inspired cap design but I know I won't be able to print it out to actually put on my cap so that stinks :(

If you took the time to read all of this, thanks so much! I'm not too used to discussing design, so I had trouble putting this all together into words. I definitely apologize for that, but I hope you enjoyed the designs themselves. Again, Happy (late) Birthday Sonic!

Lastly, for Amy, I gave her the heart-shaped eyes, longer nose, and her backspine her Classic design had. I also gave her the glove cuffs her Movie design had. Other than all of that and the pinker tone I gave everything, she's inspired by her Adventure design

I gave Tails orange fur, as well as a longer snout and the little tuft on the back of his head from his Classic design. Other than that, his features are mostly insipred by his Adventure design

For Sonic, I gave him the body shape he had in his original Adventure design. I also made sure to keep the sun motif his chest had. I also made his shoes actual running shoes since I prefer that over them being boots. I also made him blurple He's also trans here because it's cool

Knuckles had the same inspirations as Shadow. I gave him a buffer build, closer to Movie Knucles, actually showing his strength. I also made his skin darker because he had it in Adventure 2. Variety is definitely something I tried to give to these characters

For Shadow, I was inspired by his model from Adventure 2, and his movie design, as well as some of Uekawa's art. You can probably notice that with Shadow's blue-ish grey tone as opposed to his fur being just black

For these designs, I honestly just took what I thought was the best from previous deisngs, and smashing it together to make the most appealing versions of these characters, while adding some of my own flare to it!

I want y'all to go into the New Year knowing all of that, even if it is rly corny. I'm sorry I've been slower with getting art done, I think art block is hitting me like a truck. Next year I'll try to get more out there, hopefully I end up doiing so. With all of that out the way, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Tbh, this is all I could get done with. I may do more with this and release a better version next year tho, who knows? Either way, you are all important to someone out there, if you can't keep going for yourself, do it for that person, whoever they are. Even if you don't think so, just keep going.

Lectric🍉 @lectricity.bsky.social · 01/01/2025

I said on Twitter that I was gonna get it done by Next Year! Still 2024 for me, and I think I have a new resolution for y'all: Just keep going. It's gonna get tough, but we can't just give up. People want you here, even I do #originalcharacterart #SonicTheHedgehog #sonicoc #originalcharacter #oc
