I'm having a really good time playing Dark Souls for the first time, but my one gripe is that the phrase "NO BACKSEATING" seems to mean nothing to a lot of people. I love how passionate the community is about these games, but please let me make mistakes and miss things. I only get one first time.

Find decently priced audio interface and XLR microphone. Overjoyed. The solder for one of the connections on the mic is broken and it no longer transmits audio. I do not have the tools to fix it and I'm frankly tired of spending money on things to keep have them not work

I have had no luck trying to replace my headset since it broke in November. The first USB microphone I bought simply didn't transmit audio despite being visible in my device manager and this new headset uses a dual 3.5 connection that cannot connect to my laptop's singular 3.5 interface.

Tried Dark Souls 1 for the first time tonight. Got invaded while I was alt tabbing answering a question in chat that needed to be typed out. Definitely had to hold a few 2003 COD lobby words in my throat whilst referring to the person who did it. Good to know the years of therapy have helped.
