hihi~! thanks again for bringing this up earlier! as a heads up, we now have an FAQ page that goes into more detail on the Twitch integration. feel free to pass it along to any folks who were concerned: pluralmind.chat/faq my DMs are always open if they have further questions, too!

Of course, feel free to reach out if you have any questions, or want more details! And seriously, thank you all so much for the kind words about Pluralmind. Seeing the excitement from the community has been so heartwarming, and we hope you all enjoy it! 💜 #plural #plurality #twitch #vtuber

It sounds like there's been a little confusion around what info Pluralmind can access on a Twitch account. When you login, we only get your Twitch ID, username, and profile picture. We don't have access to see or do anything else 🩷 We have a new FAQ page with more info! pluralmind.chat/faq

leah.in.moonlight 🌙 @leahinmoonlight.com · 06/07/2026

Just to add to this - we actually went out of our way to make the app work without any permissions so folks would feel safe to use it. We care about privacy, too. The only thing you’re authorizing is basically Twitch just saying “yep, they’re the owner of this account”. I hope that helps!

011

leah.in.moonlight 🌙 @leahinmoonlight.com · 06/07/2026

Oh, that’s interesting, I hadn’t actually seen anyone bringing up that concern. For anyone worried, we actually don’t request any permissions from Twitch. We’re just getting the minimum info of Twitch ID and username, which is necessary to proxy the messages. Nothing else is being granted~ 🩷

funny enough, @zaytri.com (the Slime2 dev) is actually the one who suggested adding that option hehe. just so you know, that's also an available toggle for your Slime2 chat widget, under the plurality section 🩷

leah.in.moonlight 🌙 @leahinmoonlight.com · 06/07/2026

super good question, and yes there is! once you have the browser extension, you can click on it to bring up a little setting panel. set "Show Twitch usernames on proxied messages" to on, and you'll see both! the FFZ add-on will have this soon, too. just waiting for them to approve the update!

150

leah.in.moonlight 🌙 @leahinmoonlight.com · 05/07/2026

hihi~! oops, thanks for letting me know! for sure! they should be open now 🩷

030

leah.in.moonlight 🌙 @leahinmoonlight.com · 05/07/2026

With that said, the Pluralmind browser extension is a one-click install in most browsers, so you could always run that for now and remove it once FFZ pushes out their update 🩷

030

leah.in.moonlight 🌙 @leahinmoonlight.com · 05/07/2026

Ahh, sure! Pluralmind was added to FFZ quite recently, so it’s only available in the UserScript version of it (for now). OBS uses UserScripts, which is why it works there. Once FFZ updates their browser extensions, it’ll be available in those, too. I’m not sure what their timeline looks like there.

230

leah.in.moonlight 🌙 @leahinmoonlight.com · 05/07/2026

Yeah, I’ll definitely note that! Hopefully they’ll get the non-UserScript versions of FFZ updated soon. I mostly made the FFZ add-on to help folks who want it in their OBS chat dock, and thankfully OBS always uses the UserScript version.

110

leah.in.moonlight 🌙 @leahinmoonlight.com · 05/07/2026

I should probably add more details to the for streamers page, now that you mention it haha. I’ll get a tutorial video up for FFZ! As for Slime2, it’s the new desktop app that supports it. If you have an older chat widget, feel free to DM me and I can help you add it to that!

leah.in.moonlight 🌙 @leahinmoonlight.com · 04/07/2026

this is all super new, and we have a lot of fun features we'd like to add! please let us know what you'd like to see! also feel free to reach out if you have any questions, run into issues, or would like a hand getting Pluralmind integrated into your stream! 💜

additionally, our pluralmind JavaScript library and browser extension are both open source 🩷 github.com/leahinmoonli... github.com/leahinmoonli... the JavaScript library makes it simple to add plurality support to your existing widgets and tools.

1153

leah.in.moonlight 🌙 @leahinmoonlight.com · 04/07/2026

for streamers who want to go a step further, we have integrations that make it easy to incorporate plurality support directly into chat widgets, alerts, OBS docks, and more! you can learn more on our Pluralmind for Streamers page: pluralmind.chat/for-streamers

2164

leah.in.moonlight 🌙 @leahinmoonlight.com · 04/07/2026

Pluralmind works out of the box, without a streamer needing to do anything. anyone who has the browser extension (or FFZ add-on) will see the proxied messages. and even if someone doesn't have the extension, they'll still see your proxy prefix so they can infer who is speaking.

Sorry it feels like it’s all piling on at once. Our minds tend to be much harder on ourselves than they should be. Rejections are horrible, but remember that they aren’t a reflection of you, even if it feels that way right now. You’re enough, and you’re working more than hard enough. Sending hugs. 🩷

Leah and Enni's 3D vtuber models are posed next to their weekly schedule. Leah is posing with both arms up in the air, almost resting on her head. Enni is giving two peace signs. The schedule says they're playing Toontown Rewritten on Monday at 6pm EST / 3pm PST / 11pm UTC. Wednesday is a co-working stream. They will be working on ToonHQ features and updates on stream at 2pm EST / 11am PST / 7pm UTC. And Saturday they will be playing RollerCoaster Tycoon at 1pm EST / 10am PST / 6pm UTC.

Also, sorry if this is super obvious, but if you're using ARKit blendshapes and your mouth/eyes are opening/closing too much after creating the basic (A, E, I, O, U, Blink_L, Blink_R) blendshape clips, you can set their blendshape weight to 0 for face tracking, and still use lip syncing! Yay VNyan~!

A screenshot of how to disable the basic blendshapes from being used in face tracking when you're using ARKit face tracking. Start by going to Settings > Tracking > Phone / ARKit > Blendshape Adjustment. Then choose the basic blendshape (A, E, I, O, U, Blink_L, Blink_R) you want to disable, and set its blendshape weight to 0.

leah.in.moonlight 🌙 @leahinmoonlight.com · 23/02/2026

Thank you so much for calling this out! I was actually just about to manually map blendshape clips for visemes because I hadn't noticed the collapsed blendshape stuff at the bottom.
