Coffin nails (which other people call cigarettes) are all over the "young, hip" segment of the media these days. I don't think Mr. Peck is all that young now, but it's definitely become a trend. I'm sure the cig companies are pissing themselves with delight.

I used to know this guy who grew up in a small town on the North Shore of Massachusetts. He hardly ever pronounced the letter r. The word can't was vocalized cahhn't in a very natural and working-class manner.

He rambles along a lot but I enjoyed it. In part simply because of his enthusiasm for the topic, which is quite neglected in circles where one would have expected Herself to have been remembered and recalled. Lots of juicy folklore as well as learned citations.
