Mexico was the most fun I've had in ages, even if I had a tough time on the plane rides lol still incredibly worth it and would go back. We stayed in Playa del Carmen and visited Tulum and Coba.

Started a painting which is very much still in the ugly stage... I'm having a lot of fun getting reacquainted with acrylics, though

A painting of some fish piled on one another which is in its very early stages. The background is a wash of purple and the outlines of the fish are indicated in dark blue paint strokes.

I'm always sharing outdoor garden stuff, but here's the current state of our living room 😆 they didn't all fit in the picture.

An assortment of indoor houseplants arranged in the corner of a room. There is a very large monstera, a Thai constellation, a golden pothos, spider plants, purple oxalis, and several smaller others. There may or may not be more hiding out of view in the picture 🤭

Waiting for some more accessories to come in the mail before I show off his enclosure, but we got a new baby last weekend! No name, yet.

A baby ball python in a container for transport home. He is a pale pink/gray color with light yellow markings and black speckles. The writing on the container reads 'Banana Leopard DH VPI/Pied' which are his genetics from the breeder.

most of the photos we actually took on disposable film cameras and need to have them developed, but here's a small collection of things that made me laugh for y'all's enjoyment

I mean COME ON look at these carrots @shneppie.bsky.social picked the seeds for. I've never had carrots grow before it felt like a prank pulling them out!

Couldn't wait anymore to open our grow bags!!! Look how many!! This was from 4 small potatoes (2 of each color) that had sprouted on the kitchen counter 🥔
