Pretty strong sedation on this strain so…we are going to convert this strain to a hybrid so the sedation isn’t overwhelming. 5:2 for a two hour duration for me anyway. Let’s get some supper cooked up.

Purple punch is better for all over pain than the northern lights strain. I didn’t think I’d find a strain for my specific widespread pain better than northern lights…I found one! Pain relief in 10 minutes. Let’s see how sedated it makes me over the next hour. Then adjust micro dose as needed.

Need to do some gentle stretches while we meditate before we go under the weighted blanket. Hurts. Do it any way.

I have the heating blanket prepped, weighted blanket ready, ☕️ on its way…and a playlist to chill with. Let’s gain some spoons back. Life is good….would be better if you were here of course… Inevitable.

Dang a neighbor mowed the land out there!! May blessings overflow to whoever mowed! My body couldn’t have taken it honestly so grateful! Purple punch time. Slowly getting back to my normal pain levels.

Watercolor day. Hands can’t ✍️ fine details…so let’s loosen up 😁

000

Phantom Art- Rachel @ldyphantom.bsky.social · 8h

Oh I might be able to sketch today!!! Hands feeling better finally. I can type better now. The past six months of my life has been surreal often… Huge adjustment. I’m losing physical function before I planned on it happening. So I’m gonna try to ✍️ because I know one day it will be over 4 good.

Phantom Art- Rachel @ldyphantom.bsky.social · 9h

Dang I slept late…. My body is slowly coming back to my normal… My normal isn’t great but it’s easier to be managed for function. Let’s make some ☕️

You call that person you just wanted to talk shit about 😂 and I’ll focus on surviving this physical crash my body seems to want to have right now by sitting my ass down with no choice of mind on that. Absurdity at its finest today 😂

Phantom Art- Rachel @ldyphantom.bsky.social · 19h

I don’t understand why people get upset when you’re straight forward on a boundary. Like why do you wanna force me to participate in your bullshit when I got enough bullshit of my own… You handle your bullshit and I’ll handle my own bc mine is life altering…yours will be forgotten tomorrow when

This isn’t a drop your toxicity plaza here 😂 I mean I know it’s under construction & all… What a day. 😂

Phantom Art- Rachel @ldyphantom.bsky.social · 19h

And we don’t got to talk about my kids. They know where I stand, they know the choices they have, and I got nothing new to add except don’t talk about my kids. IDGAF how pissed off I am as a mother…you don’t drag my kids. I’ll drag your ass. Bet me. You don’t know our story even when you think you

100

Phantom Art- Rachel @ldyphantom.bsky.social · 19h

I’m not going to apologize for not wanting to gossip with you about 💩 iDGAF about & if you don’t like being told well this conversation is over and you’re just invited to leave. Just leave. You don’t gotta be mad. Go find someone who can invest energy in that bullshit bc I don’t have the funds babe

I just realized I forgot to snap a sunset picture earlier. I was distracted by visitors 😂 I’m still getting use to my isolation time routine isn’t exactly the same here around lots of social people who have known me before I isolated myself. I’m not the same & they’re beginning to realize that.

LOTR Return of the King movie meet up later today. Finally got the dishes done! Only took two days 😂 Making cheeseburger noodle bake for supper. I want to make my lamb but not able to do all that today. Hell…maybe it may end up being pizza rolls tonight 😂 the way my body is being…never surprised

Phantom Art- Rachel @ldyphantom.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

Hands are better. I can pick up & hold my ☕️ but I still can’t grip the sketch pencil as tightly as I need, so let’s stack some tracks… gummy up & try in an hour. Might be an abstract art day for me.

My hands are working this morning! Thank you God. Shoulder has me up 😂 always something 🙄 Man yesterday was a new level of struggle. I really have to stop using power tools 🥹 This place is never gonna get finished if I can’t hold onto the ability to build, cut, nail, drill….😐
