We are aware of increasing efforts to weaponize the law to repress support for Palestinian rights. Even where unsuccessful, lawfare can have a chilling effect on free speech. We won’t let frivolous lawsuits stop our movement–but we can’t do it alone.

It is Mother’s Day in much of the Arab world today. But this week, Palestinian mothers are living the worst nightmare imaginable, with 200 children in Gaza killed by Israel since March 17th. Canada must act now to fulfill it’s duty under international law to prevent genocide.
