how does a guy that made his money off the back of a song about a homeless woman and then spent that money on anti-homeless architecture get the moniker of "mr nice guy"?

it's sort of amusing the number of people who still think NFTs are a good idea and who still don't know how they work. with NFTs you don't own the work held in the link, you own the link. the provider/host of the link can change what is in there any time they want. ownership of art is not guaranteed

speaking of opinions there was a lot of discourse around pendulum releasing nearly all of inertia as singles and what the point of an album was. the album is good as a work the same discourse came up for electric callboy. tanzneid has good songs but it is not a good album

it's kinda messed up that people are so obsessed with objective vs subjective they feel the need to preface positive opinions about media as being subjective there is no such thing as objectively good or bad and every opinion you share is subjective. just live life fam

Its funny how everyone's idea of heaven is a complete untouched paradise, crystal clear waters, lush green forests, enough food for everyone, classless, moneyless, stateless, a Utopia of peace, unity andhappiness. But here on earth it's considered a leftist ideology.

if minimum wage was enough to actually live off, supermarket workers would earn as much as teachers the problem here is not that minimum wage would be too high, it's that teachers are not paid enough both deserve 40k starting the world would crumble without people to facilitate you buying food
