I always do a fresh turkey and this is a bit late for those who have a 15# or higher turkey but you can speed defrost in cold water, not warm, cold water. FYI - No meat should be out longer than 4 hrs (2 for fish) 😉 No one wants loose booty for Thanksgiving folks.
