What a cool story! After doing a civil engineering curriculum at the traditional age, I can’t imagine going back to school 20 years later. I also never imagined Frank Gehry playing beer league hockey.

Yeah, that bit jumped out at me, too, as an unnecessary dig. I love, love, love the authors who put out a nice graphic with everything listed by category! But this seems like something publishers could easily do.
