Also, I play fretless bass. I've been playing since the 80s, and feel like I'm just beginning to understand the instrument a little. The journey is endless and, at least for me, that's a good thing.

Crippled With Awe is the title of my next album.

I love this so much. Collaborative mastery.

Honestly, learning some basic music theory can open up a vast new world of musical possibilities. Understanding how the notes are laid out on the neck, and some basic scales, are great ways to start. You don't need to develop instrumental prowess to have fun, though.

I hope your mom makes a speedy and complete recovery.

I'm normally not a fan of fancy lingerie but sometimes it acts as a topographic overlay to better understand the terrain.

I think I found a wrinkle in your plan!

I like to believe that it is out there, having a wonderful adventure. Maybe, some day, it will return to you, wiser.

Dang. These are beautiful images, but... Ouchie!

It is always good to occasionally pause for a moment of quiet self-reflection.

All three of these photos take my breath away, but the second one is my favorite.

WOW! That's a fantastic accomplishment, and it really is gorgeous. I've been a fan of crocheting since I was quite young, when someone taught me the rudiments. I never got skilled at it, but admire the artistry of work like yours. If you don't mind my asking, how many hours did it take to complete?

The second one is adorable. Makes me want to tend my garden.

I can't wait to see what you create!

I like the second one because it offers the clearest view of your face.

Remember all the trepidation you felt before investing in your new camera rig? It was a very good investment.

Decades ago, I read an article in the Los Angeles Times about a 911 call where the responders found a man who had removed his own appendix, and was in the process of sewing himself up, when his cocktail of barbiturates and alcohol wore off. At the hospital, they discovered multiple self-surguries.

Thanks so much for listening. I shot the footage at a nearby park, in a section that I'd describe as "extremely dappled." I created the music specifically to be relaxing, so I'm so glad it works that way for you.
