It’s parents weekend at my local university, so lots of people near my age around my college neighborhood. I’ll soon meet a friend for both Blade Runner films at the theater. Why I planned this during the invasion of single mothers, I’ll never know. None too smart… (Friend’s pretty, though.)

I’ve seen over 75 2026 films at the theater. The three standouts are The Invite, Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma, and The Sheep Detectives. (I’d include The Furious, but I’m counting that as a 2025 film…)
