Overworld raids, duels, CE's, fates, and society quests all push the zone forward over the course of the expansion. Think Idyllshire changing during HW, but it's the whole last zone. 020

And the barrier to entry for XIV is only getting larger every expansion. There's a big opportunity for an incredible on-boarding experience for new players in EC with something like this. 000

We have NG+ for those who get hooked in and there's definitely space for a TLDR to get people started in EC without being totally lost.
