PS I think I’m done with the BlueSky platform as they actually censored my post of Italian Renaissance painter Titian’s Nymph & Shepherd on display here in Vienna. It’s actually a portrayal of futile desire and thwarted hopes so it could just as well refer to Spurs never winning the Premier League…

I wouldn’t claim to know anything about art but I’ve had the most incredible couple of hours taking in the Old Masters here in Vienna. From Rembrandt, Rubens and Raphael to Titian and Tintoretto, Caravaggio, Durer and Bruegel to name a few. Absolutely stunning

Stopped for an Eiskaffee, which is cold coffee with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream & chocolate. And a Sacher Torte, an iced chocolate fondant cake with apricot jam & whipped cream here in Vienna’s absolutely palatial Kunstsmuseum cafe. And it was cheaper than a Costa back home
