@dantechnik.bsky.social hey I'm making a mute list of transphobes and similar people and your account came up in my search because your bio says "lgb without the t" instead of "no lgb without the t" but when I went through your posts you didn't seem like a transphobe so I wanted to let you know!

you definitely should! using your social media handle is the best way to sign your art nowadays from my experience

as an artist myself, I recommend updating your signature to include your social media handle

my view on this take: it goes viral and the artist gains some traction from people searching their name, as opposed to it never going viral at all and the artist gaining 0 new traction

some artists don't like it but if they don't they'll specify it in their bio. most, as far as I'm aware, are perfectly okay with it as long as they're credited

Cats of Yore @catsofyore.bsky.social · 30/08/2023

I probably paid a little more than I should have for this photo but I love it. I love the cat’s position and expression, I love the texture of the fur and the grass/foliage, and I love the ethereal light leaks. From my collection, no info known.

Black and white photo of a medium haired white cat riding up on its haunches, it’s forepaws slightly blurred with motion as of reaching for something out of frame above its head. It is outside on a lawn, the crunchy dark texture of the grass and hedges contrasting nicely with the light smoothness of its fur. Emerging from the lawn below it are patches of light as if something spectral is emerging from the earth (I believe this is because the film was accidentally exposed to additional light either within the camera or at some point during processing).

I can't tell if evidence is an incredibly fascinating topic or if my professor is just absolutely amazing 😭⚖️

imo pyrrhuloxia look like cardinals who had one too many gin cocktails at the barbecue and just woke up in a pool chair with bloodshot eyes, rumpled clothes, and a crick in their neck 🪶
