I think the vast majority of people on here are genuine and many really lovely. I am however going to be a bit more aware of some unusual replies. I understand bots on things like buying concert tickets 😠 but don’t understand who benefits from them on here even though I have just asked AI.😂

For some relaxation this afternoon, after the family were here for Sunday Lunch yesterday, I painted using transparent watercolours with one opaque colour. Colours in ALT #AlphabetChallenge #WeekOforOpaque #WatercolourArt #WatercolorArt #AbstractArt #WatercolourPainting #WatercolorPainting #ArtYear

The transparent watercolours are Permanent Rose, French Ultramarine, Transparent Yellow and the one opaque colour is Cobalt Turquoise. All are Windsor and Newton Paints. The colour mix all occured by painting colours over each other when the first colour was completely dry.

Unfortunately it is a long journey to Grasmere. We used to go every year but since moving 40 miles south of London it has become less frequent. It is a wonderful place. 🥾🍁🥾

Walking up to Easedale Tarn past Sour Milk Ghyll one October. This walk is near Grasmere. Sour Milk Ghyll is the line of white coming down the fell. It can be seen from quite a distance due to its milky white colour.🥾 #MountainMonday #LakeDistrict #Landscape #Photography #Autumn #Fall
