Sharing my earlier paper on tick symbiosis: In this study, we used functional genomics and metatranscriptomics to explore how Midichloria are providing 'the force' to ticks! Hint: it's through heme, B vitamins and ATP synthesis!! 🌌 🔗 academic.oup.com/femsec/artic... #Ticks #Symbiosis
