Quads and hamstrings are super tight and it feels like I’m about to have an injury that will have me limping along. I’m listening to my body and gently working on flexibility. It starts with Comb’s bridge that we used to jump off, but only when the river was at flood level and deep enough to not break your legs. A rattlesnake hunt there is one of my earliest memories. 110
