ISO Bay Areans who want to talk electricity bills for a story. Pls reach out if you are: 1) on CARE & struggling to pay your bills 2) make slightly too much for CARE but live in a hot place and need AC, resulting in v high bills 3) are on a standard plan with PG&E, don't have a CCA or solar TIA!
