I walked out of the last Lemonheads show in Glasgow. I’ve been going to see Evan since 1996, and he’s mostly been loveable in spite of / because of the chaos. That was an upsetting car crash. BUT Tuesday’s gig has been moved to the Classic Grand. I’ll be there. Who else is giving him another go?

I made it to Kumiko Cat Lounge today! Ireland’s first cat cafe. It’s such a beautiful place. The cats truly are the kings and queens - we’re the visitors. But these sweeties were terribly welcoming. I’d have taken Granny (sitting on my knee in the pic) home if I didn’t think Davidt would murder me.

The Cure in Belfast. A windswept set of epic proportions. One Hundred Years into Endsong gave me goosebumps. Dancing to Love Cats uplifted my heart. The Twilight Sad brought me to tears with intense emotion. Indoor gigs are better, but I’ve been lucky with great outdoors shows this summer… 🖤
