She later commented excitedly to say she NEEDED to see the house. Very odd.

It’s one thing to watch in silent horror as the USA eats itself, & quite another to see the supposed leader of the free world set out his plan to ethnically cleanse another country. What terrifying times we’re living in. I assume the @ukgovernment.bsky.social will condemn the latest pretty sharpish?

When I first joined it seemed a bit early - it definitely has grown. I’d stopped using That Other Site, so will need to find some time to build new habits of using this. Interested to see how it continues to grow, and hopeful the housing community will be active.

Looking for a thoughtful, passionate community here on Bluesky. I’m a social housing professional with a keen interest in strategy, equalities, homelessness, & adult social care. We have a massive housing crisis to address, & need the right political choices to make a difference - let’s get to it!

IMHO,an essential read for all MPs to consider what the Gov can do to create more stability in the PRS (addressing LHA affordability issues a good start) &,crucially, boost supply of new social housing.Local authorities need support to address the spiralling temporary accommodation crisis #ukhousing

Thank you for this - a #ukhousing starter pack is just what I needed as I scrabble around in the dark over here!

Interesting read-we’re working on the excellent DAHA accreditation & it’s clear (as with all things #ukhousing) more is needed from central Gov #domesticabuse “The Home Office was the lead department for the 2021 strategy, but it found it challenging to get buy-in from other government departments.”
