Saw a post referring to Jesus as a Palestinian Jew. Nope. Nazareth was Levantine, a village of Galilee in the Kingdom of Judea. It was renamed in 135 AD by the occupying Romans to Syria Palaestina after suppressing a Jewish revolt and expelling the Jews to the Diaspora. A Jew. Not Palestinian.

Germany lost 24% of its land for losing WW2. No one has a problem with that. As a result of interstate wars fought against Israel, Lebanon lost 0% of its territory, Syria lost apprx 0.65%. We've had a couple generations of parents de-prioritizing raising healthy educated children. Children now being burdened with measles, pesticides, hunger etc and poor education. They can't splice a wire, use a map, cook a meal etc. Who will defend us or do complex things, or care about democracy?

I question what Rep. Tom Kean learned about his illness in 4 months inpatient treatment. He seems to have no agency. Someone else diagnosed him. Someone else kept him in hospital. Why not I have a mental illness, I sought treatment? When I have flu I say I have flu, I got treatment, I'm better now.

The IRS/Trump $1.7B settlement is not published but reportedly the slush fund applies to claims against any previous administration. Including Trump 1. Big loophole. The fund will be sued when it doesn't pay out to Trump 1 DOJ victims. It will be frozen and then it will expire before it pays a dime.
