That Hawks/Warriors game went into double OT and was a real scorcher. Warriors hit a 3 with under a minute to go, then got a last second tip in to win in the second overtime. I think someone would remember if they were at that game. Probably better than the Iowa/Terps game.

When I don't want to pay attention to my kids, I also give them screens and headsets, and it's very effective. They aren't learning anything, but they sure are quiet.

Weird. I can understand bullpen games when you don't have five competent, healthy starters, which can happen during the regular season for all sorts of reasons. But a playoff team can't find four decent guys to start and pitch deep (for this era) into a game? A lot's changed since Arte broke me.

In Illinois they ask for my address and DOB. Maybe 2 other people know that info off the top of their head, and at least one (my wife) gets the DOB wrong half the time. And either my wife or mother tried to say they were me, they'd get some really strange looks.

1984 for me. Marble Madness and the original Punch Out took a lot of quarters from me that I took from my dad's stash of quarters. I loved the idea of Karate Champ, but always struggled with the controls.

C'mon, Matthew, they were very clear that he did not bankroll the wedding. He just bankrolled everyone's lodging and everything that happened after the wedding, specifically the three day reception on a private island. But in no way did he have anything to do with actual exchange of vows.
