Hoping the film shot I took of this chair turns out dope... I guess I'll find out in a month or whenever I take this film in.

Some say you’re only as old as you feel. Others say you’re as young as you think. But how old is your brain really? 🧠 UD researchers Curtis Johnson and Austin Brockmeier have found that measuring brain stiffness is a reliable way to predict brain age.

Love the propaganda we get directly from the Department of Education these days… I hate it here.

Question 8: Are Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs unlawful under SFFA?

Answer 8: Schools may not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national origin in their

programs or activities. Many schools have advanced discriminatory policies and practices under the

banner of "DEI" initiatives. Other schools have sought to veil discriminatory policies with terms like

"social-emotional learning" or "culturally responsive" teaching. OCR's assessment of school

policies and programs depends on the facts and circumstances of each case.

Yesterday was so much fun. I walked from South Philly up to the Art Museum for the Eagles Championship Parade. There was so much spirit and camaraderie, it was a beautiful day in Philly. I still haven’t had a chance to go through all of my photos, but I’ll have some stuff up soon. #FlyEaglesFly

UD alumni Marco Diaz and Steve Feldman are heading to the big game as part of the Philadelphia Eagles athletic training staff. For Diaz, his first season with the team was a dream come true. And for Feldman, a seasoned Blue Hen with a Super Bowl win under his belt, it’s another unforgettable moment.
